Summary of Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review sales orders, purchase orders, contracts and maintain internal sales order notes to ensure appropriate revenue recognition
  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of month-end close which includes but is not limited to:
    • Revenue reports
    • Deferred revenue balance sheet accounts
    • Accrual and prepaid balance sheet accounts
  • Ad hoc revenue related analysis and reports
  • Assist in the audit/review process with the company’s internal and external auditors.
  • Supports all quality standards established by the Company.
  • Lead team of two to five employees

  • Advanced Excel user
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills


  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or equivalent
  • Five to seven years of accounting experience with US GAAP knowledge
  • Three to five years of management experience
  • Revenue recognition experience preferred
  • Experience with Oracle preferred
  • Experience with Blackline preferred
