SUMMARY -  Accounts Receivable Administrator/Senior Accounts Receivable Administrator (French, German, Dutch, Portuguese or bi-lingual)

 

As we centralize the Accounts Receivable function into Manchester, we have numerous roles and are looking for an enthusiastic and pro-active credit controller to join our team.   The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience and speak one or more of the above languages, working within a team of 7 supporting the EMEA business for 12 countries.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Collection of overdue invoices and meeting KPI’s goals
  • Investigate and resolve queries with both external and internal customers in a timely manner
  • Develop strong working relationships with both customers and internal departments
  • Managing daily bank receipts and allocation of cash
  • Issuing invoices, dunning letters and statements
  • Responsible for the AR Monthly Close and ensure all Balance Sheet reconciliations are completed timely

 

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  •  5 GCSE’s or equivalent including Maths & English
  • Minimum 5 years experience within an AR role
  • Ability to work under own initiative and to strict deadlines
  • Fluent in English and a 2nd language
