As CDQ/Master Data Manager EMEAC your key accountabilities will be:

-Support Senior Manager Sales Performance & Master Data EMEA-C
- Lead the CDQ /MDM team, covering day to day CDQ activities, pricing and data cleansing for CRM projects and implementations. Representation of the department within wider business and relevant steering committees
- Responsible for providing operational support for the daily data quality strategy
- Strategy definition leading to review and improvement; completed in conjunction with peers and stakeholders, and leading to efficiency benefits
- Develop data Governance framework for MD (Master Data)
- Represent EMEAC at global level for CDQ
- Team and staff development: includes performance, succession and skills. Investment, budget and cost management
- Defining standards for data quality improvement and assurance
- Maintain levels of compliance to agreed Company, SOX and departmental controls. Leadership of MDM and representation of the department within wider business and relevant steering committees
- Strategy definition leading to review and improvement; completed in conjunction with peers and stakeholders, and leading to efficiency benefits
- Develop data Governance framework
- Ensure that the CDQ team meets ongoing SLA standards and ensure best practice approach is implemented. Communication and measurement of this through KPI reporting
- Governing customer data via the on-going maintenance & reporting on the various customer data cleansing activities as well as identifying opportunities to streamline and improve the accuracy of  customer data
- Ensure ongoing maintenance of documentation and business rules relating to the CDQ department
- Pro-actively streamline processes to improve efficiency across the team Value creation, e.g. improved services, reduced costs, automation
- Lead and represent the CDQ Department in administering business rules relating to the integration of newly acquired businesses ensuring the integration contains accurate and comprehensive information
- Lead CDQ team in performing clean-up of customer data including duplicate records and maintenance of standards
- Ensure that the CDQ team meets ongoing SLA standards and ensure best practice approach is implemented. Communication and measurement of this through KPI reporting
- Streamline pricing processes to improve efficiency and consistency across the countries of responsibility
- Develop reporting solutions for ongoing contract compliance
What we are looking for in a candidate:

-This role will require you to be skilled in influencing, negotiating and communicating. Experience supporting large corporate applications, preferably
QlikView / QlikSense / Siebel CRM / Oracle / Sales Force
- Strong analytical skills / attention to detail
- Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group; executives, managers, and subject matter experts
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines
- Exercise judgement within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
- Demonstrable experience of developing productive internal/external working relationship
- Proven Ability in dealing with internal customers with good customer service, verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Experience in MDM Leadership/Management roles
- Able to demonstrate effective stakeholder and peer management. Experience in managing teams, staff, budgets and costs
- Experience in developing and deploying and information governance framework Experienced in data analytics, data modelling, data quality assessment and improvement
- Knowledge in CDQ and Pricing
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
