Responsible for supporting and training of new and existing customers on all products. This includes new product training, tradeshow support and other educational activities. Responsible for customer relationship with special focus on clinical applications and interventions. Effective representative for and positive promotion of the Hologic brand.

Your key responsibilities will be to: 
  • Conduct training session for surgeons, radiologists, nurses, imaging technologists, sonographers and technical assistants on using the products
  • Schedule and conduct training and field support on products with customer
  • Represent the company at Conferences & Exhibitions including responsibility for speaking engagements
  • Record, communicate and track all visits: document applications training performance for all instruction provided to customer within one week of training completion
  • Provide input on educational material and assist with distribution to customer base
  • Communicate trends or customer needs to appropriate employee or department
  • Work closely with sales team and regional team to support clinical trials, data collection, customer and competitive feedback;
  • Demonstrates skills on upgrade pathways and products –IBS, Software and Hardware
  • Support various sales activities as appropriate
  • Additional job duties may be assigned from time to time
We are looking for a candidate who has:

  • Open Communication, Flexibility, Teamwork, Customer Focus, Organizational Understanding.
  • Technical Expertise, Attention to Detail
  • Experience in clinical training in a medical setting using the products or in related field
  • Experience working directly for a vendor in a clinical support role preferred
  • Relevant healthcare qualification and enrolment in Medical Technical Radiology Association
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and/or French and good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with CRM
  • Holds current drivers licence of relevant class

Your travel requirements:
  • Up to 75% travel time – fluctuating with requirements of the business.
