Location: the successful candidate does not have to be based in Belgium. We are happy to look at applications from candidates who do not reside in Belgium but are willing to travel and meet the list of qualifications and experience.

The goal of this position is to enable the most competitive field organization in the clinical molecular diagnostic area cross EMEAC. The Clinical Training Manager Molecular Diagnostics EMEAC pursues this goal through the following 3 strategic levers:
1. Enable our Molecular Diagnostic Customers to spontaneously call out Hologic as the industry benchmark
2. Accelerate readiness of our new Molecular Diagnostic hires to ensure competitiveness faster than market average
3. Empower our Molecular Diagnostic Teams to continuously and consistently improve their performance

Your Key Accountabilities:

1. Enable our Molecular Diagnostic Customers to spontaneously call out Hologic as 
the industry benchmark:
- Co-lead the development and continuous optimization of a 
standardized Molecular Diagnostic Customer on-boarding program
- Design, develop and implement (includes delivery) state-of-the-art 
Learning Solutions for our Molecular Diagnostic Customers
- Regularly perform market research to benchmark Customers 
perception of Hologic’s on-boarding
- Consistently provide general and individual feedback about Molecular 
Diagnostic Customers experience during training to local Hologic Teams

2. Accelerate readiness of our new Molecular Diagnostic hires to ensure 
competitiveness faster than market average
- Lead the development and continuous optimization of the molecular 90 
days on-boarding training plan for the commercial organization (KAM, 
MAS)
- Ensure measurable and effective delivery of new hire training on 
molecular products, technology and related science
- Continuously benchmark the standardized molecular 90 days onboarding 
plan to ensure our new hires are competitive faster than 
Molecular Diagnostic average
- Consistently provide general and individual performance feedback 
about Molecular Diagnostic New Hires to Management

3. Empower our Molecular Diagnostic Teams to continuously and consistently 
improve their performance
- Regularly perform needs assessments to define training needs and 
priorities that enable the Molecular Diagnostic Business Objectives
- Build, in close collaboration with the US training and EMEA marketing 
team, the molecular Learning & Development solutions to improve 
Sales Force competitiveness (Empower to Rebuttal)
- Create and roll-out a bi-yearly molecular certification of the EMEAC 
commercial team (KAM & MAS)
- Support Launch Excellence to ensure the EMEAC region i s prepared to 
successfully launch New Product Introductions
- Continuously evaluate Learning & Development Solutions to measure 
the impact as well as identify opportunities for improvements
Your Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

- Commercial or relevant customer facing Molecular Diagnostic experience
- Expert knowledge of the Molecular Diagnostic Solutions business portfolio
- Experience in training or coaching professionals
- Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment.
- Proven ability to understand business strategy; translate it into solutions that support the company’s business goals
- Proven leadership ability to effectively motivate and engage a team of professionals, also remotely
- Experience in managing cross-divisional/functional projects, budgets and analytics
- Ability to work in cross functional teams
- Proficient in English and German, both verbal and written
- Flexible and willing to travel frequently (50% of the time)
- Experience in selling Molecular Diagnostic Solutions portfolio
- Product or sales management experience
- Selling skills and Adult Learning Principles certified
- Project management experience preferably with digital technology and/or systems development
- Experience in instructional design
- Change mindset, big picture thinking and results oriented
- Demonstrates creative, practical problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, effective interpersonal and teamwork skills
