The Director of Sales Enablement will be a key strategic partner to the VP of Sales and will partner with the field sales team, marketing, research and development and other cross functional partners. They will be responsible for leading various teams that support and enable our salesforce.  They will accountable for enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of our sales team and be deeply focused on removing barriers to growth within our sales function.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Partner with Sales leadership, and the Commercial Excellence organization, to establish key drivers and measurements of sales force performance and productivity. 
  • Build and execute on the internal/external customer support strategy.
  • Identify, prioritize, and lead initiatives that improve sales force effectiveness, performance, and productivity.  Engage key cross functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Work closely with field sales to identify and replicate best practices, pilot new initiatives to accelerate performance, and remove barriers to the selling process.
  • Ensure alignment between all cross functional support groups to the strategic goals of the division.
  • Providing team development and training to the team as needed
  • Recruiting, hiring and training new team members as needed to grow the sales enablement organization
  • Developing and implementing key performance metrics with a focus on sales growth and field enablement

Education  
Bachelor’s degree required
 
Experience  
10+ years of relevant sales leadership, sales effectiveness, sales excellence, and/or sales analytics experience required, demonstrating a steady career progression with increasing roles of responsibility
