Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:


Business stationery: Business cards and stationery and envelopes

Brochures and flyers: Idea (patient flyer), layout, translation, printing

Show: Media Plan creation, management, display design, translation, control, release - also in cooperation with Agencies (Vault Communications and HBI)

Presentations, newsletters, mailings: Creation, revision, translation, archiving, sharing

Website: Content control, updates

Advertising Materials: Ideas, research, new or repeat orders,

Fairs and Congresses: Create-year plan to apply for approval HCP, Oracle Requistions or PO, create, collect data and prepare; Preparing the settlement documents, Limbo System Stand-date and keep in tact, planning booth, convention procedure, leads

Demo Systems: Demo System requisitions for ROOF

Camp: No matter knife and Archive

Sales Meetings: organize location, create program Orga program and process

Workshops: Location search program generation subscriber management (via More Event tool if possible) Application respective State Medical Association, Points message, catering and logistics Orga, workshop materials, handouts, evaluation forms and evaluation, attendance certificates

Anniversaries: Collecting ideas, research, location, subscriber management, program, hotel, and local Orga

Budget: Annual budget for DACH, compliance costs and appropriate monitoring and adjustment

Branding and Integration: Monitoring of the various renovation projects and construction phases, coordination of various trades, communication with trades and construction management, parking signs, floors, offices, buildings, vehicles and business premises ROOF

launches: in cooperation with the international EMEAC Marketing Team - Agent DACH, preparation of conferences, launches, engagements, surveys, marketing tools and much more

Social Media: Up to date on Facebook, Twitter, Yammer, Linked In, Aunt Minnie, Snapchat, Instagram, XING


  • Creativity, flexibility, willingness to travel, commercial foundations, reliability, loyalty, teamwork


  • completed commercial training or studies in the field of event management and / or marketing - or according to many years of professional experience


  • several years of professional experience in the field events, marketing or advertising
  • Basic knowledge of legal and commercial fields, Principles of Marketing
  • Languages required for the position:German and English - in spoken and written, other languages an advantage       
  • Computer tools and knowledge level required:familiarity with Office software and Outlook. AGILE, ORACLE
  • Design programs beneficial
