Job Summary:
Customer Product Support is seeking a Product Support Associate to assist with investigations and help resolve complex customer complains as well as execute CAPAs realized from investigational findings and/or customer feedback. 
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Performs daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning procedures for laboratories
  • Maintains laboratory stock for all parts and various lab supplies.
  • Maintains retention areas for customer complaints.
  • Maintains laboratory equipment in a calibrated state
  • Assists in writing and executing protocols and reports for experimentation and qualifications as appropriate
  • Performs applicable internal analytical and performance testing methods used in Customer Product Support
  • Assists with troubleshooting experimentation required for projects/investigations
  • Performs Diagnostic and amplified assays
  • Performs mini builds as applicable
  • Performs/assists with, simple to moderate investigations and prepares investigation reports/risk assessment statements as appropriate
  • Uses appropriate root cause analysis and lab investigation tools/process when performing investigations
  • Perform simple data analysis as required
 
Qualifications

  • Knowledge of current GMPs. Blood Borne Pathogen training
  • Basic Technical writing skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of Root cause analysis and/or problem solving
 
 
Education
  • B.S. in Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry and Bioengineering/Biomedical Engineering
  • AA in Science related field with 2-4 years related experience
 
Experience
  • Experience in an Operations/GMP environment desirable
  • Experience with systems such as Oracle, Livelink, or AGILE at any level is desired
 
 
 
Additional Details  
  • May occasionally lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise manipulate objects up to 25 pounds in weight, and/or lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise manipulate objects up to 10 pounds in weight frequently or continuously
  • Working knowledge of statistical analysis desirable
