JOB SUMMARY

 

In this Service admin role, you will support the day to day running of our service department. Working as part of a small team of 2 Service admin assistants, and five service engineers, your role will include offering a high level of customer service to our customers, ensuring that they have a 5-star experience, along with working as part of a team to ensure all office duties are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Credit Control – ensuring invoices are paid, and customers do not exceed credit limit
  • Answering general queries by telephone
  • Maintaining records, filing systems and computer files
  • Picking, Packing and Posting customer parts orders 
  • Booking courier, arranging deliveries, and scheduling engineer visits 
  • Liaising with customers to keep them fully updated on scheduled visits 
  • Liaising with Field Service Engineers to assist with their day to day duties 
  • Processing of service call reports/customer part orders and creation of invoices on ERP system 
  • As a small team, we all help with any other tasks/duties as may be reasonably required
To perform this job successfully, you will:
  • Have good knowledge of Microsoft word, excel and outlook 
  • Have experience in an office environment
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral will be required
  • A high attention to detail
