 Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

 Serve as the primary point of contact for the DSNAs, facilitating matters related to back-office needs and delivering support in an accurate and timely manner.

* Collaborate and build strong relationships with internal teams to ensure that the service solutions quoted to customer’s best address their needs and meet their system requirements.

* Support the DSNAs by owning the full creation and maintenance of Opportunities and Quotes in SalesForce.com, as well as exporting and reviewing SalesForce.com and Polaris reports related to Service Sales.

* Serve as the subject matter expert for service quotes by performing any required testing for new product launches and new hire service quote training.

* Communicate end of life (EOL) products to stakeholders on behalf of the DSNAs.

* Verify both our customer installed equipment and warranty dates in Oracle and inform appropriate internal teams as needed.

* Participate and engage in product training opportunities and product launches to ensure knowledge is up to date for best supporting our internal and external customers.

* Participate and/or lead adhoc projects focused on continuous improvement.

* Qualifications: Superior communication skills – verbal, written and presentational

* Ability adapt easily in a changing environment

* Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel 

 

* Working knowledge of Oracle R12 preferred and the ability to learn other computer programs a must

* SalesForce.com experience desired

* High energy, self-motived, proactive, goal oriented and enthusiastic

 

* Education: Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience

 

* Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience supporting a sales organization or customer service     

 

* Specialized Knowledge (Desirable):      

 

* Languages required for the position (Desirable): Spanish/English       

* Computer tools and knowledge level required (Desirable): 

* Microsoft Office: Nivel Intermedio
