  •  2 plus years supervisory experience preferred

  • Technical writing skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Root cause analysis and/or problem solving
  • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems & Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Oracle, Agile.
