As the Supply Chain Project Analyst you are responsible for activities resulting in the overall improvement of the EMEAC Hologic supply chain operations. Your primary focus will be order fulfillment, distribution planning and inventory holdings. In this role, you will coordinate the EMEA Supply Chain reporting metrics working with financial analytical resources to report out performance. You will develop project management expertise through exposure to EMEA Supply Chain Improvement plan which drives initiatives in both capability and efficiency.

The role is networked with the rest of the EMEA Supply Chain team with opportunity to advance a career in project management &/or Continuous Improvement.

Your main duties and responsibilities will be to:

  • Support the strategy and lead the implementation of the EMEA KPI control tower
  • reporting on Supply Chain KPIs to measure and improve customer service, P&L costs
  • and inventory holdings
  • Respond to ad hoc analytical requests by utilising functional knowledge & technical
  • skills to support data driven decision making
  • Identify & analyse opportunities for improvement in the EMEAC supply chain.
  • Proactively suggest resolutions to problems & issues
  • Drive process improvement objectives and prioritisations across EMEAC Supply
  • Chain
  • Track the completion of project tasks with growing ownership for the planning &
  • implementation of identified improvement opportunities.
  • Develop cross-functional relationships with Supply Chain, Sales & external contacts
  • to promote information sharing, project awareness & connecting Business Units
We are looking for a candidate who has/is:

  • and deliver positive result in a team environment
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple functions and regions
  • Ability to plan and organise work to performed assigned tasks in a timely manner
