Your main duties and responsibilities as an Administrative Assistant will include:
  • Physical inventory
  • Purchase of spare parts for Hologic and 3rd Party Products
  • Scheduling of spare parts (Hologic and 3rd Party)
  • Administration of Field Service Engineers Orders
  • Invoicing of Service
  • Inventory Control of Spare Parts (ABC-Analysis)
  • Communication with Suppliers (Delivery reminder, Pricing and Project related discounts)
  • Sourcing of spare parts within Hologic / Clarifying of Spare Parts
  • Sales Price calculation to assist Quoting Team (spare parts)
  • Overview and handling of RMA’s (Hologic and non-Hologic Products)
  • Contact and Administration of Field Service Engineers
  • Scheduling capital equipment Hologic and 3rd Party
We are looking for a candidate who has:
  • Experience in Supply Chain/Order Management
  • Language skills in German and English
  • Good use of Microsoft Office 
  • Experience in ERP Systems
